Booking terms:

Kindly take note that any changes or cancellations to treatment times must be made no later than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment. Failure to do so will result in a charge of 50% of the service price. Please be aware that bookings made within 48 hours are considered final and cannot be changed or canceled. Please understand that if you fail to attend your scheduled appointment or arrive late, you will be responsible for the full price of the booked treatment.

Changing & canceling a treatment appointment:

To make changes or cancel your treatment appointment, the most convenient method is to send an email to cocobeauty.room@gmail.com or contact our customer service via phone or text.
